THOMAS F GLENN
Thomas F Glenn alumnus of the University of Alberta School of Law, was admitted to the bar in 1979. Thomas obtained the practice of his mentor, formerly Steel & Associates, and started his own venture with S. Allan Low in 1980.
Thomas is a well-known and highly respected Family lawyer. He specializes in Matrimonial Law including Child Custody/Access/Support, Spousal Support, Matrimonial Property Division, Common-Law, Pre-Marriage Agreements, Divorce and Independent Legal Advice.
Thomas also has an extensive and busy practice in Wills, Estates, Estate Probate, Administration & Litigation, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Corporate Law, Business Law, Real Estate (sales, purchase, mortgage, etc.) as well as Property Disputes including Builders’ Liens.
Thomas is comfortable in litigation but also appreciates the mediation/arbitration process, which lends itself to resolving conflict in a smooth and timely manner.

JOSEPH N. CARD
Joseph N. Card was admitted to the bar in 1979 soon joining Glenn & Card in the early 1980’s. He quickly became the in-house expert in Real Estate including Sales, Purchases, Mortgages, Refinance, Foreclosure all in Residential, Commercial and Condominium.
He is also very familiar with Landlord/Tenancy Agreements and negotiating disputes as well as Business Law with respect to Purchase and Sale of Businesses, Leases and Joint Ventures.
Joseph’s practice also focuses heavily on Estate Law, Estate Planning, Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Personal Directives, Probate and Administration. He also oversees the care and management of our Corporate clients.
M. JAMES TYMCHYSHYN
M. JAMES TYMCHYSHYN
M. James Tymchyshyn received his undergrad from University of Calgary in Political Science in 1991 and graduated from the University of Alberta School of Law in 1996.
James was admitted to the bar in 1997. He joined Glenn & Card as a junior associate and has proven to be an incredible asset. Now practicing law with our firm for 19 years, he is our most senior associate.
James specializes in Matrimonial Law and has extensive experience including Child Custody/Access/Support, Spousal Support, Matrimonial Property Division, Common-Law, Pre-Marriage Agreements, Divorce and Independent Legal Advice.
JEFFREY B. WOODRUFF
JEFFREY B. WOODRUFF
Jeffrey B. Woodruff graduated from University of Alberta and was admitted to the bar in 2006. In 2007, Jeffrey joined Glenn & Card Law LLP and brought with him a great deal of experience and unique perception of Civil Litigation.
Jeffrey also maintains a general practice in Estate Law (Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Personal Directives, Estate Probate and Litigation), Personal Injury, Employment disputes, Property law, Small Claims, Real Estate law and litigation.
Jeffrey speaks fluent Japanese. He is an experienced litigator, always seeking to obtain the best outcome for his clients.
